The Group is principally engaged in the provision of civil engineering services for the public sector in Hong Kong. The Group’s business of provision of civil engineering services for the public sector is carried out through TYW and TY Civil respectively with TYW responsible for signing and implementing civil engineering contracts as a main contractor, a subcontractor and forming joint operations while TY Civil responsible for signing and implementing civil engineering contracts as a subcontractor and forming joint operations.
