Scope

a) Completion of the main structure connecting LOHAS Park Road and LOHAS Park Podium, including all required fittings and finishes
b) Construction of footings for the elevated road structure
c) Carrying out excavation, necessary shoring, and backfilling for the road structure, utilities, drainage, and sewerage trenches
d) Execution of all necessary utilities and drainage works
e) Completion of the roadwork at LOHAS Park Road
f) Installation of bearings at corbel of Site G to support the elevated road
g) Installation of dowel bars, movement joint, and movement joint cover for the interface with the future estate road R8 (Site C1)
h) Provision of hard and soft landscaping and other external work elements at and underneath the elevated road
i) Completion of the required street lighting works
