Scope

a) construction of Road L54A of about 700 m long;
b) construction of Road L54D of about 450 m long;
c) re-provisioning of Tong Hang Road;
d) construction of a public transport interchange along Road L54A;
e) widening of a section of Hing Fu Street of about 80 m long;
f) widening of a section of Tsz Tin Road of about 120 m long;
g) site formation for about 7.4 hectares of land;
h) construction of box culverts BC2 and BC3 underneath Road L54A;
i) construction of roadside noise barriers at Road L54A, Road L54D and Hing Kwai Street;
j) construction of retaining walls RW01 to RW16;
k) construction of approximately 2,100m long freshwater mains and 2,100m long saltwater mains;
l) construction of associated footpaths, cycle tracks, drainage, sewerage, landscaping works and irrigation system; and
m) associated environmental mitigation measures, and Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) programme for the works.
